Four Lectures in Memory of Ishtiaq Ahmed, Abdur Razzaq, Sarwar Murshid-Noorjehan Murshid and Tajuddin Ahmad. Each of the honorees played important roles in the struggle for democracy in both Pakistan and Bangladesh and contributed in crucial ways to the emergence of an independent Bangladesh. As a result each of the four lectures share a common theme, the need to honor the spirit of the Bangladesh Liberation War.
